Not What I Expected!

After working two weeks in the dispensing tech role at the Walgreen's Pharmacy, I found my right foot in excruciating pain. A visit to the doctor indicated a stress fracture on the 4th metatarsal, it may heal, it may need surgery. No workman's Comp. for me,as the exact time of the break cannot be pinpointed! I applied and was interviewed for a "sit down" position, but was not selected. So, no work, no pay and so far no new position. It is also doubtful that I can return to a job that requires 9 hours of standing (mandatory overtime). Brandon's job has cut back days so he is looking too, and Lee's job is the same. We didn't get our "Modification Loan" even though we totally qualified, after 10 months our mortgage company decided our "situation wasn't permanent"! They must know something we don't, hopefully we won't get worse! At this point not much more to say, we now just laugh instead of cry!
